Common questions

How does payment work?

50% to start, 50% when it's live. Nothing before you've seen and approved the site.

Do I need to provide content?

Tradie Site copy is written for you. For other packages, most clients provide the basics and I shape them up; full copywriting is an add-on. Either way, badly written content doesn't go live.

Who owns the site?

You do. Domain in your name, content and design yours on final payment. If I host it and you leave, you get a full export within seven days.

I already have a site. Can you just fix it?

Send me the link. I'll tell you honestly whether it needs a rescue or a rebuild. Unions have a dedicated Rescue package for exactly this.

Are you Adelaide only?

No. I'm based in Adelaide and work Australia-wide — preview links, video calls, email. Most projects never need a meeting in person.
